How often starting car is healthy for battery?

hey guys ,
i rarely drive my cultus and that used as a second car in my house so roughly i only use it twice in month or sometime once in a month my question is how often i need to start my car so battery wont get weak or anything like that some people believes the car should start once in a week some say once in a day or some say in few days so it makes battery life healthy , please expert tell us how many days preferbly i need to start my car just to make my battery alive thanks in advance .

if u plan not to start it just unplug the battrey terminals. thoose are the culprits in killing a battery.

basicly any metal contact wud make ur battery if not charged or used.
