How to adjust ignition timing

I am the new user of pakwheels. I want to ask that how can I adjust the ignition timing(spark timing) in my alto(mehran) without using timing light. As I run my ride on CNG, which needs an "ignition advance" for better performance, but as you know that too much ignition advance resulted in piston damage. Please guide me.
