How to change the spark plugs of Steermatic?

Guys,

Can you help me out with this? Its a City VTEC engine............and I dont wanna take it to the mechanic or honda dealer. Wanna do it myself. help please.

Its a great hassle to change the plugs on this car as they are located on the opposite side towards the firewall, you will have to remove the throttle cable linkage and unclip the spark plug wiring rail to access all plugs but even then spark plugs 3 and 4 are pretty hard to get to.
