How to place centre console in coure ?

recently i bought the console for cuore ...the guy fit it in between the seats by pressing it bt he said actual fitting is done by denter by opening the bolts of seats nd on the same time he also advised me to not to for opening of seats ...all of the customers used to fit that console by pressing it in between the seats.
