How to Remove Minor scratches on the car??

Any scratch removing tools as im watching a commercial in which there is marker which is used to remove scratches from car's body is that possible or just a waster of money. any suggestions would be welcomed to resolve the issue????????

For minor scratches where the colour has not been totally removed/scratched, you can use these products, but for any deeper scratches you'll have to go to a painter.
