How to remove this?

These r some spots on my cuore's wheelcap. Any idea how to remove them

paint it !

use 1000 sand paper the finest u can find. sand it down.
get a can of silver spray paint according to ur color shade.
spray over the whole cap keppeing the can a minimum distance of 12" away. apply 2-3 even coats. let it dry and ur good to go !

mind u you might try to save ur spray paint by holding it closer to the cap, but that will make it worse and it will start dripping. this is a very imp to remember.
