How to remove tints?

Hello, my car is tinted from behind only, but the traffic police always stop me and say that my car is tinted and issued me a challan once, i have removed the paper but it has left behind the black material, that sticky thing, i mean the paper is removed but the windscreen is still black,ihave to scratch it.... is there anyway i can remove that blackness easily?
please help me....

take a kapra and dip it into petrol then us se screen ko rub kro..phir surf vegera se screen saaf kro and after dat aply sme water on it and phr usko akhbar se saaf kardo..dats it.!!
