How to Transfer Car Ownership in Sindh

My father passed away a few months ago, and he had a car and a bike in his name. I’m not sure about the process for transferring the vehicles in Sindh. Do I need a Succession Certificate, o r is there another way to handle this? Can someone guide me?

Are you 18 o r older, and is your mom still alive? If so, youll need a death certificate and a Family Registration Certificate FRC from NADRA. With these documents, you can visit the excise office o r send an agent. If you’re under 18, the vehicle will be transferred to your mother. If you’re 18 o r older, you’ll need an affidavit from your mom and siblings to transfer the vehicle into your name.
