Hyundai:Engine+CNG consumption problem

I have a Hyundai 96 registered ( Officer Scheme)
It was doing 12kms with AC on petrol
Running :71000 km
PROBLEM 1: Its oil leaks in carborater n spark Plugs

I installed a new Landy kit with 55 cylinder2 weeks back
PROBLEM 2:I does max 90km in a 55 cylinder.

Looking forward for a detailed openion

As far as the oil in sparkplugs is found, the head gasket has some leakage. On the other hand, if there is an oil in the carburator, it seems that engine is blowing oil (symptom of a weak engine) and the rings have worn-out. Get your car checked by a mechanic for one of the possible reasons as this problem needs to be checked on the spot. You might have to undergo the complete overhaul of the engine.
