I need Help Change My Honda civic Reborn ATF

I own a Honda Civic Reborn 2010 and it almost has a mileage of 100,000. I have been taking good care of her changing the oil on time and getting it tuned from the Honda.
Now I’m facing a tiny problem and it annoys me, the problem is when the speed is around 20-40km it starts to vibrate a bit. Vibrations are often random sometimes they are strong and sometimes they are light.

I wanted to know what I can do to remove this problem from the root. I also went to the Honda City Sales and they tried to diagnose it but failed to do so. I don’t know what the hell is going on, even though they could not figure it out.

So someone suggested that it could be your transmission and to my surprise, it was the transmission and yes went to Honda Again and they said yes it is a transmission fault. So I had the ATF changed now, I changed ATF like at 15,000 now I’m changing it at 100,000. So to my surprise, it actually did fixed the problem.
My mind was at ease for a week but at the end of the second week it came back and it made me so furious. Changing ATF did helped a bit, I can feel the vibration has been reduced but is still there and it is still bugging me.

I went to another technician and told him about the problem and did some research on the Honda Civic 8th Gen. After what he told me and what I saw online, This problem is pretty common in Honda Civic 8th Gen. So I dug a little deeper and found the source of the problem it occurs when Solenoids are clogged and they are not able to distribute the ATF at evenly low throttle.

Please provide the solution
