I need your help on Tyres query

AoA All,

I'm going to change the tires on my 2k9 City. Please help me in the following queries

1. Please recommend a profile "***" *** 65/R15

2. I'm going to plan it like my 2k9 City will receive a new set of tires, and its shares will tire mounted on his father's 1996 Civic, this is possible, despite the differences in the "R" size?

96 profile tires 2k9 civic and City 185/70/R13 and 175/65/R15 respectively.
