Ignition Timing Marks of City?

I was trying to check ignition timing of my 99 city(carbortor engine) but unable to locate the timing marks. somebody help me. Is it in bell housing or pully?

Should be on the harmonic balancer on the crankshaft pully with marks etched into the timing belt cover.
