Ik16 or ik20 to be used for civic 96 vtec?

Ik16 or ik20 to be used for civic 96 vtec?

hi guys,i tried finding it alot on the net agar civic 96 vtec mein ik16 lagna chaeeyay ya ik20 but apparently their models differ from ours! ik16 ka heatrange is 5 and ik20 ka heatrange is 6! i even referred to the denso ki website but their vtec's are in B16's and not in D16's they recommend ik20 for b16 but recommend ik16 for d16(non vtec) so this is confusing! humaray mulk mein we get the d16 with the vtec version so should i install the ik20 plug since my engine is vtec?

if u drive at high revs plus usualyy hit highspeeds then ik20 better otherwise best for economy ik16s tht is wht iv seen mostly written in user manuals
