Il leakage issue...

i've alto VXR 2006 model 100k km driven.i'm facing the oil leakage issu sice last time i changed the oil(about 2 month ago).its about 20/25 drops in whole night.ist i thought it leaking from drain bolt but oil changer told me that its from the seal of engine.the oil level on dipstick was above high point and now its in the middle of high & low and it 2k driven.I'm using caltex hovoline 20W50.

i need to know
what may be the cause of this leakage?
how much time it takes to repair this?
expected cost ?

also recommend some good mechanic in Lahore.
