Info required regarding xli tunning

Hi all,i want to know that corolla xli really needs tunning,as civic and many other car got tappets which needs arjestment and throtle body cleaning.last time i took my car to toyota walton motors they changed the plugs,air filter and charged me 500rs.So all i want to know is that its necessary.My car do nocking sometimes during pickup on cng....whats that?also do tell me any good machanic.

how much Km his your XLi done till now and when was the last time you got work done form authorized dealer
