Injection for tyres to prevent punctures

Has any1 tried injection in tyres to prevent punctures known as Slime injection?
I saw ad in a magazine. it says: "Inject slime and never suffer from punctures." if any1 has tried it then plz give some feedback thank u.

Slime Guy is a Nice Person, Being Tire Man he Give Slime for My Tire Free of Cost As a Check Out, But it needs a Good Balancing to use the tire after Slime, I suffered with imbalance problem, the car was wobbling like crazy and i was feeling like i tied 10KG weights with my Tires Steering with too hard and difficult to control, I am not sure weather they damage tires or not, but Over all it was not an impressive experience.
