Is Tuning Necessary for a 2014 Toyota Aqua?

Hey everyone, I just got a 2014 Toyota Aqua with 200k on the clock. The fuel average is 16 km/l. I noticed that when I really floored the accelerator, a yellow warning light came on briefly but then went away. Is it okay to get it tuned up? Also, can I get a hybrid car washed at a regular car wash? This is my first hybrid, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
