Issue with Flasher Indicator Relay Cultus 2008

Dear All,

Having issue with Flasher Indicator Relay on a Cultus 2008.

Symptoms: Relay ticking constantly once car started.
Hazard Button is in off position.
Indicator Lever is in off position.
All lights remain off, but constant ticking of relay is noticed.

Turning indicator lever to left-turn or right-turn leads to normal function.
Turning Hazard Lights to on-position, leads to normal operation.

No electrical work recently done on car.

Kindly please suggest.
