Khyber clutch repeasing prob

hi...
got a problem in my car..
usually ignored it but now i want ot remove it so pls help..
ive khyber 99.engine overhauled 8 months back..
prob is wen i put gear n release clutch,the car strts to move evn foot off the acclerator..
car will keep on goin evn i dont put foot on acclerator.
mechanic ko dekhaya n got RPM adjusted but still problem presists.
engine overhaul sy pehlay ka mujy nae pata k problem krte the ya nae cuz car got overhauled only 500 km aftr io bought the car.
jaldi ka nuksann..

its usin gas without reasossn..

There is a vacuum operated switch installed at carburetor to avoid sudden decreasing the rpm at the deceleration or braking,I think it is not working properly,get it checked and adjusted if needed.Whenver this switch is not functioned u will have to keep rpm on higher side to avoid engine stalling at low speed or at the time of braking which may be a cause for the problem as u mentioned.
