Khyber Generator Problem

i have khyber..the prob is with its generator i guess..
i got the generator changed 2 days back due to reason tht old generator was weak n was siscgargin the batry wen AC is ON...
so i got it changed..
the orgnl khyber's generator is of 45 amp n the one i got now is lyk 65 amp of nissan...
the prob is solved mean no batery discharg with AC n head light or watever thing in car is own...
but wen car's raidator is turned on or the AC blower inside car is turned on,the car jerks,the more the speed of blower ,the more r the jearks...the jerks arent too heavy but they r there..
so any ideas wat cud b prob...
old generator was doin no such thing..
the generator has been placed in perfectly..
no belt tightness or loseness issue...the new generator get in exactly whr onld generator is..
any ideas y the car jerks ???

i bought the kabli generator for 1400...with all fitting n stuff.
but he kept the old generator too...but tht was faultu so no pworries..
i chekd the markt too n 55 amp generator is lyk 1400 n 65 is lyk 1800...
so i got 65 amp in 1400..
it works for me...
