Kia Sportage Dealership Experiences and Car Feedback

I own a Kia Sportage and I heard that most of the dealerships whether its Kia o r Honda are not user-friendly and the experience of others has been mostly bad regarding dealerships across all of Pakistan.

I want to know if that is true because from what I experienced at Kia Defense Motors Lahore, They are very professional and I’m actually satisfied with them.

It was not the first time I visited Kia Motors, to be honest. It is my 3rd o r 4th time and till now I have not been disappointed. They provided excellent service along with excellent technical assistance.

I have some friends from Karachi who are satisfied with Kia Clifton and Kia South with the same level of Satisfaction.

Most of the Car dealership does not allow customers to stay with their car during the servicing most of them are strict just like Kia South but their quality is up to mark. As for me, I’m happy with my Kia Defense Dealership.

Yes, most of the dealerships dont allow customers to stay with your car. But just like you I prefer to stay with my car.

As we all know auto mechanics as well as dealerships are nothing but thieves. They will find ways to rob you that you cant even imagine.

My friend had an incident with Toyota Dealership for a general checkup and wheel alignment. They would not let him stay with his car. After ton of argueing they let him stay. After the service was finished, He noticed that the wheel cover was not the same.

Although it was similar but not the same. He caught them red-handed and they begged him not to press any charges.
