Kia Stonic Back USB Port and Trunk Unlock

Asalam Alaikum,

I bought my Kia Stonic a while ago and I used to own Honda Corolla before the problem is the back passenger seat USB port is not working. But After this, I started facing another issue the trunk of my car is not opening with the remote.

I checked the remote it is working fine because I pressed the button and didn’t release it. The light at the car blinked and it indicated that the signal was indeed sent from the remote and it is working fine.
The problem is in the car. The thing is Button on the trunks works but it is not unlocking the trunk via remote. What could be the problem and let me know the solution if you guys know any?

If your car is new you can just claim a warranty and please dont do any kind of experiments if it is new because you may void the warranty of your car.

Addressing the second issue, Your Trunk is Unlocked, and that LED indicated this how it works in Kia Stonic. So there is nothing wrong with it. Just get your usb port fixed from dealership if there is still warranty.
