Brothers last week when my elder bro was returning from factory our Lancer 1.3L 04 Model started mis bhaving suddenly Its A/C Compressor is turning on and off continuous when air conditioner is operated and RPms are dropped to 400 500 unlike usual 900.I tuned it to very rich fueling as a result the compressor is static but still RPMs down to 4 500 and after closing the A/C it tics to 1900-2000RPM.T
he company people have diagnosed SLC controller sensor the 1 in picture and it will cost us 22K are there any other options or somebody can spot some other prob..

Its usual to me ...i think its tuning prob..yeah when i press the button of my car AC ...RPM drops but when i press accelerator once its stays at 1.5k rpm.
