Long Cranks ( Long Sulfs)

Dear Experts Fellows,

I having Baleno 2003 working fine few days back, due to some problem in CNG setting i went to mechanic and he serviced my kit and some adjustment and problem resolved.

Previously Car was half sulf start but now it took long sulf to start, i discuss the problem with same mechanic and he said that the problem is in oil pump, because car start with petrol and pump isnt fuctionaly well.

I want to know from you people is the mechanic said is Ok or he want to get rid of my issue? There was not such problem prior to this kit service. Car is runing on CNG is good but the only issue is starting.
How can i check my fuel pump my self for confirmation.

Will anyone guide me to resolve this matter.
