Long self in 2-3 turns (delay in starting)

i am getting this problem in my brother's car from 2 weeks
,the car is corolla gli 2009 with landirenzo cng kit
problem is that i have to do long self around 15-20 sec. & sometimes in 2-3 turns car is getting start,
the problem is same on petrol & cng both, no differnce & sometimes when it starts &aut convert to cng, then engine shut off,
if i left ignition off for 30 sec. then sometimes ok sometimes same

i took to cng shop claasic cng in gulshan bl-3 ,karachi, they did these in name of tuning in 350 Rs.
clean spark plugs,air filter, just adjusting some screws on kit to get "water from silencer" & ok, at that time car starting was normal, after that i drove car to home, in evening same problem starts again

i am very worry bcoz wherever i go in front of any shop, i cannot shut engine off bcoz if i shut off car, it cause problem in restarting, so mostly when i am with family i dont stop engine, i continue it running when my wife goes fro shopping but in yhis way lots of gas gets wasted but better than insult on main road on restarting

so what could be problematic?plz, help me , my brother told me that u already did tuning but no use bcoz claassic cng dont have computerized tuning, go to enercon & do computerised tuning but my fellows said it is not matter of just tuning, it has some other problem, THIS DELAY IN STARTING IS MAKING MY LIFE CURSE.

i think one of the coils is bad. get em checked by a toyota dealer. has engine been washed with water lately. same happened to me but mine is 2005 model.

get em checked quick
coils cost abt 6k new from toyota
