Looking for Faber Cylinder

hi guys. i m luking for faber 55 kg cylinder for ma car. went to market today and there is a guy who is exchanging faber 55 L with my EKC 60 L for 3500 rupees. manufacturig date is 2005. just wana ask two things

1. whether the deal is gud enuf

2. how to check whether the cylinder is actualy of faber or some fake

3. there is no procedure of testing the cylider here i quetta. is it safe to get it without testing it

And i hav to add dat no Faber name wuz engraved on it. however, paksuzuki sumthing wuz engraved on it and next to it wuz 55L and manufacturing date wuz engraved. so kan sum1 wid 2005 alto or bolan plz verify dese things 4 me? i talked to spectra and he said da same thing that there is no Faber engravement on da cylinders.
