Low acceleration

Recently I have purchased a Alto 2001. It seems a good car, but all in all I feel the lack of pickup, even one person to load. And I checked his gear on petrol too. Actually car KHENCHTI nahi ha gear at MAX ...
Please tell me a possible solution. What about K6A (660 cc) engine swap in my car?

are u done with basic maintenance including sparkplugs tuning etc,and the local alto's engine (despite a B.C Thing )has better acceleration then the 660cc in JDM alto
