Low pickup of cultus

i am facing problem in my cultus model 2000 having a cng kit of AUTOGASITALIA
The problems are :
1.low pickup at 2nd gear
2.car cannot achieve top speed in fifth gear even cannot reach at 110km/h when driving in front wind at highway
Please help us in this regard that either fault belongs to:
1.cng kit tuning
2. clutch plates
3. Rings of engine are weak (engine is not smoky)
4. general tuning of vehicle
car has completed 180K km millage
