Lowering of Surf

AoA, Can any1 guide me as to how I can lower down Surf 1997... Do I have to altering its Shocks or just change its Tyres?

if u want local and cheap solution then get the stock springs shortened down by as much inches u want ur surf to be lowered or what u can do is check out with suspension wala they have used springs of many cars with them so u can get a pair from him if he has for ur car and then get them shortened and ur gud to go but make sure the suspension guy are gud at their job bcoz balance is must while shortening the springs.
