Matching bumpers

i have margella with black bumpers how can i change them to white to match the car colour. Generally how can one change the bumpers of a car.

take you car to a paint shop and ask them to match it with atlest dobule caot wit the best paint avilable, but rememebr if the bumper is not factory matched then in 90% of the cases is normally comes off due to weather conditions
