Mehran engine help

My mehran's engine is making strange noises for a long time, it heats up after few kilometers and I have to fill the radiator frequently.
I showed my car to many mechanics, most of them say that crankshaft is worned off and needs repair. Estimate is between 13-19k depending on mechanic and parts used.
Today I showed my car to a mechanic who said that crankshaft need repair and some other part "main beacon" something (I am not sure) will be replaced and that will cost 5k including labour parts and everything. Will take two days.
Then I went to Honda authorized service centre, they checked the car and told me it need complete overhaul with parts replacing and will cost 25-30k.

What should I do now, should I get it done by mechanic saying 5k(he will not do complete overhaul will just fix the lower part of the engine as he said that upper part looks fine and needs no repair) or the 30k(complete overhaul with parts replacing no repairing)? I think if I go for this mechanic and everthing goes fine than I will not need complete overhaul spending 30k.

Mehran Engine's total overhauling cost is between 10 to 12k generally. Everything included. I can guide you to a Suzuki specialist if you want. The cost would be between 10 to 12k and your engine will be as good as new.
