Mehran- Speedo Meter Lights and windscreen wipers

Hi i have to travel frequently on motorways , there
are 2 problems
1- Mehran's speedo meter light is almost zero at night.
2- Wind Screen wipers have only 2 speeds unlike other cars
which have a 3 speed option for wind screen wipers.
the 2 speed wipers are a serious problem as during
drizzles wipers have to be continouly switched on and off.
all sensible solutions would be higly appreciated.
