Missing problem on CNG in Suzuki Khyber

Dear All,
Recently I have buy Suzuki Khyber model 95, I am facing following problem at CNG.
1- Low Milage (90km - 95km in one 55kg cylinder)
2- Missing at low speed of every gear but at top speed of every gear its ok.

My car over all is okay, Two month before do engine overhaul, before engine overhauling there no problem of millage / missing. Visited many mechanics and CNG specialist but problem is there......

with the permission of all experts i want to add some thing if im wrong kindly correct me....

1) The possibly is plugged exhaust if the exhaust system is not working well it means that the engine is not able to exhaust out the un-burnt portion or bi products of the combustion cycle.

2) The other reason for the increased consumption of gas is retardation of ignition timing.

3)gud qulaity air filter, spark plugs, and plug points

Note: kindly tune ur car on petrol and note the performance than update us
