Mobil 1, 5W-50 Synthtetic Engine Oil !!!

I am using Mobil 1, 5W-50 Synthetic Engine Oil in my
2003 Toyota Land Cruiser V6,3.4L,Petrol.
I don't use this vehicle on regular basis,over the period of 1 year,I just drove it like 5,000 KM.
I just wanted to know that how often should I drain the engine oil ?
Please advise.

here is it one more time..you can keep on driving with this if it doesnt start changing color.( color change happens with engine deposits and dust etc)
