Mp3 player wanted (ISB only)

Asslam Alaikum guys
I want to use an mp3 player for my car on a budget of 3.5k, preferably with a remote control.
I went to a few audio store in f-10 Islamabad
was the sale of Pioneer 2950 without remote normal condition for 4.3k
another was the sale of that alpine mp3 that comes with crown for 3.5k, (easy to take him to 3 to 3.2)
Is it a good option for up to 3500 or Should I visit Sultan ka Khu and buy a used pre from there?
ALSO if anyone else in this budget have a Pre PLEASE DO TELL

go check out the shops behind citibank in blue area, they usually have great deals on slightly used and OEM stereos as many people swap out the original ones on the first day.
