My Car Buyer Wants Lease Before Making Payment

So, my buyer for the Honda BRV just gave me some cash upfront and said he wants to lease the car because hes low on funds. Now the bank needs pictures of my car and some document photos.

Ive got the car and the documents with me, and Im keeping them until I get the full payment. Should I be worried about any risks? Lemme know, okay?

Hey
Its cool to share pics and document copies once you get an advance payment for leasing. Just make sure to write down the timeline and final payment date on some official stamp paper.

You can hang onto the car until everythings sorted, but dont hand over the vehicle o r original papers until the payment clears in your bank.
