My civic brakes....

hi guyz ,,,,yaar i was racing ma civic with another civic and was head to head ,,,,and at the end i did emergency braking at speed of 140.....after the car stopped i feeel that brakes are now looosed...now i had to press the padles more than previously i used to do...
so is this a serious problem???and does it happens very often after this type braking,,,,,,

it's possible that you have air/water in your brake lines or that your brakes are just too hot right now (which leads to temporary brake fade). park up the car and check it again in the morning if they still feel the smae way you shoudl have the brakes bled and filled with new fluid.

if the problem is gone it would mean that they were just too hot.
