My civic prosmatic gear damaged..pl help

my car has sopped its gear shifting while i was on motorway...honda said it will cost 45000rs. its too high n they say ht clutch plate is damaged while automatic has no clutch plate.when i turn on the car,it moves until it is below 2 rpm,after that it becomes neutral.plz tell me any competent mechanics in pindi/isb who can rectify at reasonable cost.thnx

yes they r sayin they will change torque converter,oil sink and oil n it will cost 45k.but i m surprised tht then y xar moves a bit until it reaches 2rpm.kindly sugest me any good mechanic in isb/rwp as i dnt know anyone bcoz i always keep zero meter cars.this was my first time to buy a used one thnx 4 ur replys
