My platz 2szfe swap broke the hydraulic pump

I own a Toyota Platz . Previously, I changed the 2SZ-FE in my car. The hydraulic pump was broken by this from the timing chain case. About 14 months ago I purchased the timing chain case again and now the chain is broken again.
I have not yet came up with the actual reason behind this.
No kindly tell me should I install EPS in my Toyota Platz 2004/2007 o r should buy the timing chain case the pricve of which is currently 10000 Rs. .
Kindly help me to fix this problem to run my car properly. Thanks
