Need good mechanic for Platz 2000 Mannual

Hi everyone
I own Platz model 2000 manual from last 2 yr. I am looking for an experienced and good mechanic in Karachi.
I am getting service from Karimabad area currently but not satisfied, because I go there for routine oil filter / air filter and engine oil change every time and have to go with routine, the performance of my car becomes worst and need to go again to this mechanic again.
I have doubts the mechanic is getting some advantages. Because always car creating problems after routine oil and air filter change
