Need Help in Buying 13'' Rims

Dear All,

I want to install 13'' Alloy Rims

please guide me which brand is better, i know all the rims available are chinese nowadays and any prefered place to find some good ones here in Rawalpindi/Islamabad

I also want to Install a car stereo that can support Mp3 as well

please guide me through, i will highly appricaite help from my fellow frends
