Need help on Khyber Plugs

Hi Guyz!

I want to change my khyber plugs. the model is 1997 and the engine is G10 running on CNG.

Plz suggest me the best plugs.
Also suggest me shud i go for 1 tip, 2tip, 3tip or 4 tip plugs and of which brand. Do these extra tips cause any difference in the mileage? I dont want to compromise on the mileage for the sake of power.
Do i need to change my plug wires for extra tip plugs.

Which one of these plugs are better:

* Iridium
* Platinum
