Need help regarding tyre size.

hi guys...
currently im running 185/70/R13 on my ride.soon i plan to change rimz nd tyres.previously,i did;nt wanted to change the rim size.but now i hav changed my mind.im planning to put 14" rimz.i just need 2 know two things.

1) what size tyre shud i get to keep the overall diameter same.

2)im going for dunlop le mans 701.is it ok for a family car...?? my preferances r softness,nice grip,almost 50k kms tyre life. so is this tyre fine for me or not...???

First of all, i recomend u dont increase da rim size.i drove a city 07 on 14s three days bak, and trust me da steering wuz like a truck. if at all u wish to go 4 dem, then trust me u wont get a beter deal than yokohamas. go for 185/14s yokohama Adrive. i have them on our 07 gli and they were selected after a lot of search. 195s wud screw ur economy and ride comfort
