Need Information from Experts (Just for Knowledge)

Some time we feel bubbling while running our ride 80-100 km/h and go for Wheel Balancing. Balancing Experts fix some extra weights (in few gms) with Rims to solve the bubbling problem. Many people including me couldnt understand the reason and i have questions:

1- Why Rims need extra weight? is actual weight of Rims become changed with the passage of time

2- How few Grams weight effected of thousands of weights vehicle and solve the problem of bubbling? I mean vehicle weight is 1000 plus and how it can feel the few additional gms weight with Rim and forget to do bubbling next time.

bubbles is what soap is, the correct name is "wobbling. "

the wheel is never perfectly balanced, the tires are balanced so NEVER when switching the 2 together will usually require some adjustment.

the gove you an idea of the CD are not balanced, but on their own are ok (like RIM). as soon as possible to put a sticker on the CD can go off balance a lot, depending on how well centered stickers have been applied. Now multiply that by moving the weight of the lot, and you'll have an idea why the wheels wobble.

add to that bend wheels and tires wear out and see how, during the same ring may require weight in different places.
