Need to improve sound quality.. Plz suggest..

I recently bought Kenwood HU U349R for my civic 96. Already installed Poineer Poineer subwoofer and speakers. I'm not a big fan of bass, i like rather quiet voice, vioce quality, clarity, beauty (original sound quality as Japanese speakers) .. Please suggest me which speakers should I buy this head unit to the desired sound. I hate these speakers they sound like their Chinese and treble (shun shun) irritates me ..
