Need Urgent Help! Car Heating Up

Hello fellows,

I came to Islamabad from Lahore via motorway on Saturday afternoon. I faced constant trouble with my car during the journey. The car constantly heated up with water boiling in the radiator. I checked the water level and topped up fresh water in the radiator at every petrol station on my way to Islamabad. But due too constant heating up got it checked at a mechanic in Kalar Kahar. The guy said the fan is not working and i am make it automatic so that you dont have any problem on your way to Islamabad. But near Chakwal interchange car heated up once. Thank god i stopped and checked the car and saved the cars engine from blowing up. Got the car towed to Islamabad from there. None of the mechanics on the motorway were able to figure out the problem with Hyundai Santro 2006 heating up. Some said the GASKET is dead and needs to replaces, others said its just the radiator which has got choked. Anyways, i got it towed and now i am staying in a hotel in Islamabad.

I really need your help with this. Can you please tell me what could be the problem. One more thing i must mention here is that when car is switched off, the break pedal is extremely, completely dead and not working, but when i start the car it comes back to normal working condition. Maybe you could be to tell me the problem keeping this point in your mind.

One more thing, i would like to fix the car today (Sunday), and would like to go back to Lahore in the evening if possible. Preferably i would like to get it checked from Hyundai showroom in Islamabad, but i believe the show is closed on Sunday and will open again on Monday morning. Can you suggest some good mechanic in Islamabad or Rawalpindi who is competent and open on Sunday, and who can fix my car on an urgent basis.

I would really appreciate it, if you could help me in this matter.

Car is Hyundai Santro GV 2006.

Thanks.

Yar i think you should first cleanup your rediator by some good mechanic some time rust trapped into radiator lining thats why i think it will resolve your problem.
I had this issue in mehran but after radiator service all is well.
