Needles installed in 2000-civic Vti ???

hello all, m new here and i have a question frm u guys , i m sick of my orangish speedometer so i want to change it into bright white and i want to install glowing needles .. i knw how to do it by placing a LED behind the needle but i like that civic 7th gen self illuminating needles alot (they look hot during day nd night both) ,, so my question is
can i find self illuminating/those civic needles frm anywhere at karachii ..any place or suggestions (P.S i knw all the procedure just need the needles only)

why just needles, just replace the whole of it, check with the second hand market .. u should be able to get one..
