New cultus vxli

New cultus vxli

i recently bought cultus vxli and finding petrol consumption too high when i start the engine and it stays on for few seconds before it changes to cng. is there anyway i can cut or bring the consumption down that is costing me around 3000 - 3500/month. thanx for expert advice.

the thing that is looking to u like kharcha is actually saving u money....it increases the life of engine.....as u start the car..car wont convert to CNG until and unless car engine is hot...and thats only the case with cultus efi but the case will all factory fitted efi CNG cars...!!!.....and efi does drink petrol along with CNG cuz it starts on petrol and then converts to CNG..

but still if u need to save money for short time and increase ur expenditure in long time then get rid of this kit and get one installed from a local market cuz that kit converts according to rpm level....as the rpm increases from 3 it converts to CNG even the engine is cool


cultus efi remains on petrol for first 90 seconds, after that when you push accelerator to go rpm above 2000, it is automatically converted to cng.

Its better for engine for long life, otherwise we don't run car on petrol which reduces its life, so its advantage of cultus efi, engine running remain smooth.

3000-3500/ month is huge.
it should be less than 1000/ month.
i think you mostly ride your car in city?
