New general or second hand

I need expert opinion that for 800 cc cars, its better to buy second hand tyres like dunlp, bridge stone, kumbo, yokohama etc, or its better to buy new general tyres?

general tyres r not good looking, thin and small? whats ur experience?

anything is better than general tyres (even driving on the rims). however used tyres can be TOO old and that will cause them to be too hard to use (vulcanization process never stops). if you must have used tyres then make sure the date stamps are no older than 0108 (1st week of 2008), any number XX07 or lower is a bad idea since they MAY be ok now but in a year they will be useless.
