New Petrol Average of Mehran 95

I got a kabuli carbureter from shershah bought by my mechanic for 2400 rupees. Today we did the test for petrol average. We filled a bottle with 1 litre petrol, connected it to the carbureter and drove the car in around nagan chowrangi (the place where my mechani's workshop is located). Alhamdulillah it gave 15.2 km/litre.

I wanna ask if this test worths?
or i need to do the test with petrol tank?
What do you guys think about the 15.2km/litre average? is it good?

My previous carbureter was used to gives very very bad average on petrol.

I am very happy now.
